|German Popovers – Yum!
· 1 cup milk
Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Blenderize the ingredients for the smoothest batter, then pour into heavily greased muffin tins, 9” x 13” cake pan, or jelly roll pan. Bake them for 15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top. Use a knife to pry them out, hopefully they were greased well enough and should pop right out with a knife. Serve immediately with toppings such as syrup, powdered sugar, honey, fruit, or fresh jam. Because there is no sugar in the batter, you could even use a cheese sauce.
