Coffee Break – Mocha Creamer

I’m lactose intolerant, so don’t buy milk…but I love flavoured coffees and teas, so have a jar of this in my cupboard for when I want a change from the ordinary.

Mocha Creamer

In a jar put:

  • 1-1/2 c. powdered creamer
  • 1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. good cocoa (Dutch process is good)
  • 1 t. flavoured extract (rum and almond are excellent)
  • 1 t. pure vanilla

You will want to crush any lumps o’ extract with the back of a spoon and shake it up. Use liberally, and hide it from the family.

In a pinch, you’ve got a nice gift for a friend, so keep a couple of small, pretty jars tucked away.
